Red Pots

When the ADFFL decided to move to a three-division format, the decision was to continue the legacy of naming to conenct to the roots of the League at Texas A&M University. While there are many additional traditions from which to choose, the Red Pots moniker made great sense because of its connection to our lost brother, John Wesselmann. John, owner of the Nuclear Wessels, was an A&M student and was a Red Pot – an honor bestowed to students who led the construction of the Aggie Bonfire for decades.
