The name is drawn from the Aggie tradition known far and wide that symbolizes Aggies ready to help at a moment’s notice. Aggieland itself is known as The Home of the 12th Man, and the nod to this great tradition connects to the origin of the League and the many Aggies who’ve been a part of the ADFFL.
